Our client is a Leading Financial Institution. In order to cope with the fast pace of development, they are inviting bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Banking Clerk(s)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide clerical and administrative support
  • To provide support in the preparation of reports including drawing of charts and tables
  • To assign duties and supervise Office Assistants
  • To seek quotations and prepare procurement applications
  • To handle indoor and outdoor delivery of document, publication and miscellaneous items
  • To supervise the contractors in various fitting-out, renovation, cleaning, replenishment and maintenance works
  • To perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (‘Syllabus B’ before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in HKCEE, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in HKDSE
  • Well versed in (MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1 year of experience in administration
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
