Our client is a well-established company engaged in distributing luxury European brands Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Senior Secretary / Personal Assistant (5 Days)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day professional secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
  • Compile proposals, minutes, briefing papers, qualitative reports and prepare presentation materials
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and smooth operation
  • Liaise and coordinate CEO meetings/appointment, travel schedule, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in business management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years executive secretarial or personal assistant support experience to senior management.
  • Well organized, high accuracy, details minded, willing to work under pressure and meet with tight deadline
  • With “can-do” attitude and willing to learn, mature, highly independent, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
