Our Client is a Shipping Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Shipping Clerk (Container Department)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To handle full set of shipping documents, custom declaration and billing.
  • To coordinate & communicate with internal / external parties on follow up shipment.
  • To input data entry and document filing.
  • General administrative and clerical support.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Form 5 / DSE or above, Certificate in logistics is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experiences in Shipping/Forwarder/Logistic field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Good typing skill in Chinese & English is a must.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
