Our client is a Leading Financial Institution. They are inviting a self-motivated and bright candidate for the following vacancy:

TEMPORARY ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for licensing intermediaries.
  • Provide a full range of administrative support in handling license applications and notifications.
  • Attend to external enquiries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Diploma or above with minimum of 2 years of administration experience preferably in the financial industry.
  • Proficient in PC applications including hands-on-knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Good organization and coordination skills.
  • Diligent, initiative, able to work independently and make sensible judgment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
