Our client is a Leading Financial Institution. They are inviting a self-motivated and bright candidate for the following vacancy:
- Responsible for licensing intermediaries.
- Provide a full range of administrative support in handling license applications and notifications.
- Attend to external enquiries.
- Higher Diploma or above with minimum of 2 years of administration experience preferably in the financial industry.
- Proficient in PC applications including hands-on-knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
- Good organization and coordination skills.
- Diligent, initiative, able to work independently and make sensible judgment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is an advantage.
- Immediate available is preferred.
