Our client is a well-established listed company, engage in the investment and property development in Hong Kong and China. They invite bright and energetic candidate for the new shopping mall project:
Accountant (Property Division)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing independently
- Responsible for the AR/AP, voucher and cheque preparation, cashflow management, bank account reconciliation
- Prepare financial management reports, analysis, budget and forecast
- Develop and maintain the filing system
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers and vendors
- Perform in ad hoc projects and duties assigned by Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Accounting or related fields
- 5-7 years’ related experience in consolidation and financial accounting, preferably in sizable company
- Member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional accounting bodies is preferred
- Experience in taxation and audit is preferred
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- PRC travel may be required
