Our client is an afterschool learning centre that offers English language programmes for children from pre-nursery to lower secondary levels, they are inviting a bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Admin. Officer / Operations & Customer Service Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Centre Manager to manage a team of CS & admin staff in operations and customer service.
  • Review and set up processes to ensure high quality and consistent customer service.
  • Manage customer relations and communication including marketing related efforts..
  • Daily responsibilities include handling parents’ inquiries, student enrolment, class schedules, office maintenance, marketing… etc.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to liaise effectively between the admin and teaching team to provide better service to clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent in managing operational process with project and timeline management experience.
  • Extensive customer service experience especially in handling calls and enquiries and enjoy working with parents, kids and foreigners.
  • Process-oriented, enjoy from desk challenge, problem-solving, decision-making, multi-tasking.
  • Attention to detail, organized, self-motivated, independent, responsible.
  • Team player, able to work under pressure, multi-task, and make decision.
  • Proficient in MS office, excel in particular.
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
  • Available to work on Saturdays.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Immediately available and relevant customer service experience is preferred
