Our client is a Public Listed Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Assistant Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide operational, administrative and secretarial support to the division.
  • To liaise with internal divisions and external fund managers / counter parties on scheduling of meetings and related arrangements.
  • To provide technical support in the preparation of reports and presentation slides including drawing of charts and tables.
  • To handle confidential information and maintain proper filing records.
  • To perform other duties assigned by the supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • At least two years of relevant working experience.
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
