Our client is a well-known consumer electronics products company, they are currently seeking for a Customer Service Associate – Call Centre to join their team.
Customer Service Associate – Call Centre (5-day work)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve customer complaints and conduct investigation if necessary
- Respond to the feedback from external/ internal customer in a timely manner
- Establish good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above
- Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate Available is preferable
