Our client is a well-known consumer electronics products company, they are currently seeking for a Customer Service Associate – Call Centre to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve customer complaints and conduct investigation if necessary
  • Respond to the feedback from external/ internal customer in a timely manner
  • Establish good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above
  • Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediate Available is preferable
