Our client is a leading producer and supplier of non-woven and knitted fusible interlinings in the USA, they are inviting a bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Customer Service Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle oversea customer enquiries and orders on phone or through email;
  • Follow up the order status with customers;
  • Make sure the goods on time deliver accurately;
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Shipping and Logistic Team in providing full range of high standard service;
  • Work with Sales Team in providing solution to customer issues;
  • Maintain a good communications with the customers and other parties;
  • Any ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

  • F.5 or above;
  • 3 year or above working experience in shipping industry (export shipment), familiar with full set I/E document and L/C document ;
  • Good Command of English and Chinese, Mandarin Speaking will be an advantage.
