Customer Service Officer, 5 days work
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling daily customer feedback.
- Resolving customer complaints and respond in a timely manner, ensure the feedback from external/ internal customer.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above.
- Experience in customer service or related sector preferred.
- Strong communication or negotiation skill.
- Hardworking and self-motivated – Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel).
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Immediate Available is preferred.
