Our client is a fast-growing and modern renovation company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Customer Service Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact and handle customer enquiry
  • Identify inquiry and assign to sales
  • Build system to monitor the process of renovation project
  • Assist sales department to achieve sales target
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend actions to sales operations
  • Prepare quality reports for management
  • Achieve KPI as assigned by supervisor
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
  • 6 days work
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
