Japanese Customer Support
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure highest quality of customer service provide to the customers.
- To monitor and support the operations of specific key accounts.
- Support the configuration customer facing applications to meet the customer requirements.
- To assist business implementation for specific account.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holders in Logistics, Business or equivalent.
- 3-5years working experience in freight forwarder or industry.
- Experience in Japanese Company is preferred.
- Well understanding of Japanese customers mentality.
- Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, English and Chinese.
- Immediate available is preferred.
